• Ensure students are using the correct login link.

  • Ensure students have entered the correct password with the correct user name and email handle. Sometimes students will try to log in with their Elevate email address, which will prompt Otus to ask for a classroom code. Ensure students are using their Otus email address to successfully login. 

  • Ensure student laptops are at least 50% charged. Sometimes low charge with combined connectivity issues will inhibit login issues.
