If your students are having difficulty hearing the instructor, or if the instructor cannot hear the students, try these troubleshooting steps before reaching out to our support team through FreshChat:
Click on Speaker Settings and select Advanced Settings
Click on the dropdown under Microphone and select the USB* headset option
If you do not see the USB option, try unplugging and plugging the headset back into a new USB port or changing out the headset for a different one, or have the student at home follow those instructions. Refresh the session or have the student do so.
Click I’m good to go
If that doesn’t work, try changing the USB port or change the headset out for a different one, and refresh the session
